Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Surveyr (the “App”), a product of Codegarden (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2019/488172/07 (“Surveyr”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

• in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• to exploit, harm or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way, including by exposing them to inappropriate content;
• to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent;
• to impersonate or attempt to impersonate Surveyr, a Surveyr employee, another user or any other person or entity.

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Organisations that use the App to collect answers from participants are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Codegarden (Pty) Ltd and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of South Africa and other countries. You may not use any of this content without our prior written consent.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Surveyr makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials or products included in it.

In no event shall Surveyr, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell account holders about material changes by email or in the dashboard.
